LIMITED WARRANTY

MDM, LTD. provides a warranty on all of its MDM firearms to the
original consumer purchaser.

All Buckwacka, Tomwacka, Miniwacka
and Limited QuicShooter series muzzleloader are covered by a limited
lifetime warranty and the Standard QuicShooter and QuicShooter
Combo series and covered by a one year warranty.

This warranty is
established by return of our authorized warranty card which requires
completion within thirty (30) days of purchase and sent to MDM with
a dated sales receipt verifying proof of purchase.

Any firearm or part
thereof returned, postage paid and fully insured, to the factory of MDM
will be repaired or replaced to our commercial standard free of charge,
and returned to the consumer purchaser postage prepaid.

All returns
must be accompanied by a pre-approved factory authorization number,
which will detail return shipping instructions.

This warranty does not
cover any damage caused by alteration or modification to the firearm.

MDM, LTD. reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace firearms,
or parts thereof, damaged by misuse or abuse.

Proper cleaning,
maintenance, and operation, per instruction manual, is required.

Breech plug / nipple are exempt from this warranty.

This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
